About
Having danced from age 4 I have always had an interest in movement.
This has taken many forms throughout my life so far such as: physical theatre, dance, yoga, barre, strength training and so many more. I continue to keep variety within my own teaching and fitness routine. Yoga entered into my life at the age of 16 when suffering from anxiety.
Taking my fitness more seriously since 21, I felt a huge shift in my wellbeing and confidence after 3 years at university without movement in my life.
My main aim is to have students walk out of the room feeling they’ve learnt more about their bodies and minds, and explore what works best for them. I hope to help them embrace their individuality and to find patience and compassion with themselves not only in the fitness or yoga environment but beyond that.
My yoga classes cater to both beginners and advanced students, often emphasizing breath work, creative sequencing and self-growth. I like to contrast this to some boundless energy and drive in my more intense fitness classes that welcome all levels.
I’ve been nicknamed “sunshine”. I hope to create enough warm so the students can learn to grow with me in a safe space.
Motto
Your exercise and movement should be as varied and vibrant as your diet. Become a rainbow.
“Sarah generates an atmosphere around her that is full of positive vibes, calmness and joy - even via video I can feel it. I thoroughly enjoy all of her classes from HIIT to yin yoga. I really love how she watches my moves and helps correcting any postures, talks throughout the classes with great attention to detail.”
